Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

½ cup olive oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbs. shallots (diced)
¼ Tsp. thyme
¼ Tsp. rosemary (dried or diced fresh from the shrub)
¼ Tsp. black pepper (crushed fresh from the mill)
Pinch salt

Steps

Step 1
Place vinegar and oil in blender followed by the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Blend for one minute, starting on low and moving to high speed.
Step 3
Refrigerate and shake before serving.
