Baked Spaghetti Pizza Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9×13 baking dish then set aside.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; Drain.

In large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until brown; Drain.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk together until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked spaghetti noodles to mixture and toss until noodles are coated.

Place the spaghetti mixture in 9×13 baking dish, spread noodles out so there is even amounts throughout. Pour pasta sauce evenly over noodles.

Distribute cooked beef evenly over the top of spaghetti sauce, then sprinkle with the oregano, garlic powder, and minced onions. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Place pepperoni’s over top, space them out as desired.

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and golden brown.

Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into servings. Enjoy! 🙂
