Chop up your potatoes, carrots and celery, and 1/2 onion and allow to boil on the stove with the water. Add 2 buillion cubes and 2 tbsp. of the chicken paste. Once they have boiled at least 8-10 minutes, add in your milk and the whipping cream. While doing this you are going to make your dumplings, but continue to stir your soup because milk will burn!
Take 2 cups flour, 1/4- 1/2 cup water, a pinch of salt with 1 egg and mix in a bowl. This is your dumpling mix. you can make them pretty if you would like by rolling them with a pin, or you can just dump them into your boiling water and have them be all different shapes and sizes.
You can add a bit more boullion if you would like, but the original receipe is supposed to really not taste like chicken, it’s supposed to be a “milky soup with a hint of chicken”. The original recipe also doesn’t have carrots, or celery in it either, but I feel personally as though it is missing something without them.
Good luck, don’t let it burn, because it will. Then it’s ruined.
