Chicken breasts stuffed mozzarella cheese and bacon, cooked with Buffalo wing sauce, It’s the most incredibly delicious slice of heaven you will ever taste. Full of flavor and easy to make!
In bowl mix cream cheese, mozzarella, crumbled cooked bacon, and green onions.
Put chicken breasts on a cutting board. Cut a slit/pocket in each breast, make sure to cut horizontally and cut about 3/4 through breast
Stuff chicken breast with 2-3 TBSP of cheese/bacon mixture.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
In large skillet, heat oil on medium high heat. Once hot, place chicken breast in skillet then pour half of buffalo sauce (1/2 cup) over chicken.
Cover skillet with lid and let chicken cook approximately 6-8 minutes, until bottom half of chicken is cooked.
Remove lid, flip chicken breasts, then pour remaining buffalo sauce (1/2 cup) onto chicken.
Re-cover skillet and let chicken cook for another 5-7 minutes. Make sure chicken is cooked throughout (cut into one of the chicken breast to make sure cooked).
